I am happy that I have not gained. I am happy that I am still gluten-free (well mostly). I am happy (and excited) that I am FINALLY getting a gym membership on Monday.
- Stop the nighttime snacking and go to bed before 2am (yes, these two are completely correlated and getting my act together would change my life in the most amazingly significant ways).
- Get active atleast 3 times per week. No, that is not alot.
- Drink atleast 64 oz. of water. (don't drink so much diet soda)
