Weigh in: No change again...

Yep, still 198.

I am happy that I have not gained. I am happy that I am still gluten-free (well mostly). I am happy (and excited) that I am FINALLY getting a gym membership on Monday.

Improvements needed:
  • Stop the nighttime snacking and go to bed before 2am (yes, these two are completely correlated and getting my act together would change my life in the most amazingly significant ways).
  • Get active atleast 3 times per week. No, that is not alot.
  • Drink atleast 64 oz. of water. (don't drink so much diet soda)
That's it... Those are the three improvements I am going to strive for first. What are you going to work on this week?
