Day 7 P90x

In my journey to find consistency, moderation, and contentment, I can count yesterday as a major fail.  Working from home takes discipline.  I probably need to add that to my journey. I find myself easily overwhelmed in all aspects of life.  There are too many things on my work To-Do list, personal To-Do list, and then all this weight I need (and want) to lose.

I spoke to a Beachbody trainer and she said that if I miss a day then just pick it up the next day.  If I miss more than two days then I should start the week over. So, I had to do yesterdays workout today.  But the key is to pick yourself up and keep going, right?  That's what I did and that's what I will continue to do.
